These rules establish the legal framework for aerial filming and photography services provided by Ripleksky. Using the site and ordering services implies acceptance of these terms.
Ripleksky offers drone cinematography and aerial photography services, intended for real estate agencies, tourism, and video productions. Each order is confirmed by a written contract detailing the flight area, duration, and technical specifications of the delivered materials.
The client is obliged to provide accurate information about the location, flight restrictions, and any necessary permits. Any changes to the filming plan must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours in advance. The client holds the usage rights to the delivered materials, except for copyright on the filming technique.
Ripleksky is responsible for the technical quality of the delivered materials, according to the agreed specifications. We assume no liability for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, unforeseen legal restrictions, or technical equipment failures, within the limits provided by law.
Under no circumstances shall Ripleksky be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruptions resulting from the use of the delivered materials. The total value of our liability shall not exceed the price paid for the respective service.
Personal data and raw materials are stored securely and are not shared with third parties without the client's consent. Ripleksky complies with the GDPR Regulation and can provide additional details upon request.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with a 14-day prior notice on the website. Continued use of the services after the changes come into effect constitutes acceptance of them.
Either party may terminate the contract with a 7-day written notice. In case of failure to fulfill essential obligations, the injured party may terminate the contract immediately, without penalties.
This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any misunderstanding will be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, jurisdiction lies with the courts in Bucharest.
